In a survey of 5000 people, 82% answered “yes” to the question, “Do you feel you largely have control over your decisions and choices?”

But at the same time 78% also answered “yes” to “Do you believe that most things happen for a reason?”

Are we crazy or confused? You can’t have control while things happen for reason.

People are fighting so hard to find purpose and meaning in life that we’ve confused ourselves. We’re looking to find meaning in our careers that we create, our identities that we create, how many followers we can get, or what we can achieve. No matter how hard you try, you can’t find meaning for life inside your life. YOU have to look beyond YOU. The meaning of life can really only be in a God who wants to lead your life.
