Life gets hard sometimes. Everyone goes through times of worry, confusion, or feeling down. Maybe it’s time to learn some healthy coping skills as it relates to your mental health.
This 4-week course will help you learn some coping tools to help your mental health be more stable and positive.
We will be meeting in Room 130 at the Mississauga Campus until May 30, 2024 (7-9 pm).
