This 6-week course is for people of all fitness levels and abilities, and will be focused on improving general conditioning, relative strength and mobility.
Each session will also have a devotional component and the program will be accompanied by an at home workout program for all participants.
We ask that all participants please bring running shoes, workout clothes, an exercise mat, and water bottle.
This is the last week we’ll be meeting in the GYM at the Mississauga Campus.
