When was the last time you did a heart check?

Did you know that on average the human heartbeats approximately 86,400 times per day?

In Matthew 15, Jesus confronts the Pharisees about the condition of the heart. While they have been focusing on outward traditions, like what you eat or touch, Jesus is speaking on the internal condition.

It's easy to focus on external appearances, following religious routines, saying the right things, or doing good deeds while ignoring the deeper work God wants to do in our hearts.

Jesus reminds us that true Holiness isn't about rituals, but about a heart transformed by Him.

Ask yourself this question today:

If Jesus cares more about my heart than my habits, what areas of my life need to be realigned to him?
