  1. What was something that stood out to you from this past Sunday’s message? Share what you learned and how it will impact your life.

  2. Who supported and inspired you when you first started believing in Christ? Who played a significant role in helping you grow during your early days of faith?

  3. Read Acts 11:19-30. Why and how did the Gospel spread to Jews outside of Jerusalem? When have you seen good come from a tough situation?

  4. What examples of the Spirit’s influence do you notice in the community of believers in Antioch? Which of these examples have you noticed or experienced in your own life?

  5. What signs of the Spirit's presence would you like to pray for and experience in your church community?

  6. Think about how the church in Jerusalem relates to the church in Antioch. How does the Gospel bring together people from different backgrounds? How does the Gospel shape our community and how we interact with other Christians and churches that may be different from us?

  7. Why is someone like Barnabas so valuable to a church? If you acted more like Barnabas, how do you think people would treat you differently compared to how they do now?
